Mongolia (June 2012)

I spent 3 days in Mongolia at the Elstei Ger Camp. It’s geared towards tourists to give them a taste of Mongolian life with amenities, like hot showers and electricity.

The staff is super friendly and took great care of me. My favorite part of the stay was learning to play Shagai, horseback riding and talking with the other guests. I was very sad to leave and hope to go back one day with family and friends.
